Good Leadership makes the employees feel that they are the heart of the organization and their work is important and their works make some difference to the success and failure of an organization.This thinking in the people help in providing meaning to the work they do.

Employees are treated with equality in a healthy organization.Equality not only bring the feeling of healthy environment but also it help in improving the morale of the employees as they know credits will be given on the basis of work.So ultimately it will help in improving the quality of work in the organization.
