Having good sleep helps you to recharge yourself and be ready to give your 100% the next day but without good sleep not  you fell tired and it becomes difficult for you to concentrate and ultimately your work  suffers and the day just goes horrible.
Here are 5 ways to take a good sleep and so that you give 100% in your work:-

1)Make Sleep-friendly environment

Before you do anything just try to create a sleep friendly environment.Try to sleep in dark and if that's not possible try to sleep in dim light.You should also remove digital clocks and also smart-phones and laptop as the email or any other notification that you receive may disturb your sleep.

2)Take Warm Milk 



Taking warm milk will also help you to get good sleep as it triggers the sleep producing hormones which ultimately help you to sleep better.But don't take it just before you sleep.

3)Don't Drink Water

Yes, you heard it right just try to avoid intake of water just before you sleep.As you may feel urge to use toilet in the middle of your night disturbing your sleep so don't drink water just before you sleep.

4)Make a Routine

Always try to sleep at the same time each night and wake up at the same time each morning.Try to do this and you will yourself will feel the positive results in the next few weeks.You not only will feel more positive but will also be more energetic than your usual days.

5)Avoid Stress

Try to avoid stress before you sleep.As if you try to sleep in stress than you won't be able to sleep at night and will find yourself awake for most of the night and even if you sleep then also you won't get good sleep.So, use stress management techniques or divert yourself by reading.
But don't go for television  as it will have severe bad effect on your sleep.

You should also try to stop watching TV shows and should leave Computers at least 30 minutes before you sleep in order to have a good and healthy sleep.
