Dehydration is caused when the water intake is less than the water lost by the body.We lose water when we breath(exhale),in the form of sweat,urine.If we lose too much water then our body goes dehydrated and in hot days the condition may also become severe.So it is better to take care before you goes dehydrated because if untreated it can also lead to death.Here are some symptoms that can tell you if you are dehydrated.

1)Dry Mouth
Dry Mouth is the condition in which your body isn't able to produce enough saliva.Saliva help you to taste and digest whatever you drink and eat and not only this but it also helps you to get rid of food particles and acid preventing tooth decay.So,Whenever you feel you have a dry mouth increase your water intake.

2)Dizziness

It is the situation in which you have a sensation of spinning around and lose balance.If you feel faint,passing out,lightheadedness then just try to increase intake of water as these are the symptoms of dizziness.

3)Yellowish Urine
If you find that the volume of Urine has decreased and it is yellowish in color then it is the indication of you to be dehydrated.

4)Dry Skin

It is the uncomfortable condition in which your skin cracks and are marked by scaling.One of the reason for this condition of your skin may be dehydration.So,you can use this symptom of your to find whether you are dehydrated or not.

5)Increased Thirst

If you feel thirsty most of the time then you possibly are a victim of dehydration.Your body just gives you indication  that it needs more water so that it can efficiently carry out its function.So,listen to the indications of your body and give what it needs to get the best output from yourself.

Remember that drinking water is not only the way to get out of dehydration you can eat fruits or whatever you like which provide your body some fluid so that it can fill the body with proper amount of liquid needed by your body.Just drink 2 liters of water everyday to avoid dehydration.
