start our day in a right manner and  really take advantage of it and grasp new opportunities and make the day one of the best day of our life but some of us don't really know how to start our day and thus our day result in a disappointment.
But now you need not to worry b'cause here are 7 tips to start your day in a correct way.

1)Exercise 

Have you ever tried your day by doing exercise.If not then just try it out.Do anything you like ,it isn't necessarily important that you spend 30 mins or 1 hour on exercise even 10 min of daily exercise is enough and if you want then you can increase your workout time.


2)Jogging

Jogging is one of the best method you can start your day with.It not only helps you to maintain your fitness with less stress on body but also helps you to keep your brain fresh.The fresh morning air will help you to increase oxygenated blood making you more active throughout the day.

3)Good Breakfast

Some of us really don't think much about what we take in the morning.Research shows that taking heavy breakfast in the morning can help overweight people to loose weight.If you don't want heavy meals then you can try Oatmeals that is high in fiber and is beneficial if you want to stick to your diet.

4)Ignore worthless things

It may happen that you may get irritated on small things which are of no that importance but think yourself is it worth getting irritated by such things and ruin your mood for all the day.If something irritates you, spend time with your children,family or friends and try to forget it.

5)Do Yoga

Yoga is one of the best way you can start your day.Yoga in long run not only will help you to improve your respiration and have many other countless benefits.You will feel more energetic in your day and thus will help you to give your best throughout day. 

6)Have a Good Sleep

Sleep is one of the most important factor that affect your mood and your output during work.You should remember that the less you sleep the more irritated you get but it also doesn't mean that sleeping all day will help you.You should take a sleep of 7-9 hours and enough sleep also reduce aging and also benefits your heart.It also help you to recover your energy and make you feel boosted.

7)Sleep With Task In Mind

Yeah!! you read it right....try to sleep with thought of task that you are going to do whatever it is.If it is small then also don't leave it,nothing is small.The reason is you will be excited and energetic to do that task when you wake up and when you complete that task then you will feel more confident and that will make your day much more special.
