Knowledge is one of the most important aspects in life.A man without knowledge is no more than an animal in forest.Today I am going to give you 7 tips on ways to increase knowledge.

1)Read Books

One of the easiest way is to read books.The more book you read the more knowledge is gain.And this will also help you to increase your confidence.Even Bill Gates reads 50 books per year,which means 1 book per week.So try to develop a habit of reading books.



2)Google It

Today Google is the source of infinite knowledge and almost everyone can access it.Instead of wasting time on worthless things you can use your time for reading anything you want, that not only will increase your knowledge but also will improve your concentration.Whenever you find anything that you don't know about just Google it.

3)Exercise

 You may be thinking how exercise is going to help you increase your knowledge but remember when you exercise daily brain releases chemicals like:- Serotonin,Norepinephrine which lowers your depression and increase focus.So if you want to be another Bill Gates just exercise and improve your knowledge.Do Yoga(Tadasana (Mountain Pose) ,Vrikshasana (Tree Pose)) to increase your concentration.

4) Share What You Know

Share Whatever new information you gain.This will not only help you but also people who are around you and not only that but if someone around you know more than you know about a thing it will help you to gain more information about it.And also you will find more people around you as everyone will consider you a good company and you will always be the center of attraction.Don't be afraid of sharing just have regular discussion over a topic  with your parents,friends ,teachers anyone you feel comfortable with.

5) Stay Hydrated

Water is an essential component of Brain.Drink 12-15 glasses of fluids which includes water, tea, buttermilk, soup, etc.This will help your brain hydrated and help proper brain functioning.



6)Minimize Television 

 Don't watch TV shows more than 2-3 hours.Watching shows more than 2-3 hours sitting idly hinder your ability to think, making you dumb.Just watch contents like documentaries,news etc that helps you to gain something.

7)Learn to play instrument

When you learn to play something new your brain becomes active and improves brain working capacity.Learning to play something new helps you to read,listen and learn.Making your brain working at full capacity.





Don't  sit idly because it makes your brain inactive and when you do some work it helps your muscles to pump fresh oxygenated blood.
Remember to always look at the clock when sitting idle but never look at it when working.
